The Black History Committee of Orange County, Inc.

The Black History Committee of Orange County (BHCOC) will provide a $2,500 scholarship to one student attending Florida A&M University. Students must be African American, a graduate of an Orange County Florida Public High School, have financial need as determined by FAFSA, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and have demonstrated at least 25 hours of community service.
