James Edward Shanks Endowed Scholarship

The James Edward Shanks Scholarship will provide support to one (1) student annually. The recipient must be a freshman with a high school GPA of at least a 2.5 and a resident of Chicago, Illinois or San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California.
