Florida A&M University College of Law Urban Development & Land Use Scholarship

The Urban Development & Land Use Scholarship supports promising Florida A&M University (FAMU) College of Law students who demonstrate a passion for real estate development. Offered in alignment with the collaborative initiative between the FAMU College of Law Office of Career Planning and Professional Development, the FAMU College of Law Office of Advancement and Alumni Affairs, CrossMarc Services, and Crossman Career Builders, this scholarship recognizes outstanding students who have expressed an interest in learning about how to navigate the economic challenges and unlock the transformative opportunities within urban environments.

Inspired by the Real Estate & Land Use Series of workshops offered at FAMU Law, this scholarship provides a financial award of $1,000 to one selected student during each of the series workshops, incentivizing active development study and integration into the local commercial and municipal legal ecosystem.
