The Montina F. Riley & Terry D. Arnold and Family Endowed Scholarship will support students from Jacksonville, FL with demonstrated financial need. Recipients must posses a minimum 2.0 GPA and be in good standing with the University. Applicants must complete an essay on a given topic to be considered.
